Who are we?
Beginnings of VA Group
The Group was formed in 2004 with only one company Ramanah and Associates (formerly trading under Worldwide Business Outsourcing). Mr K Vishal Ramanah (founder) was residing in UK when he had the idea of opening an outsourcing company in Mauritius. The idea was to start outsourcing all accounting tasks starting with the UK accountancy firm he was managing back then.
He landed in Mauritius and gather a team of qualified accountant and leave the company under the control of MR K Adesh Ramanah.
In 2005 the Mr K Vishal and K Adesh Ramanah were named as the most successful young entrepreneurs in Mauritius through this company.
The Growth and Leadership
After the success of this venture both brothers went on to found other entities.
Mr K Vishal Ramanah who is our Group CEO look at strategies and direction of the Group while Mr K Adesh Ramanah our Group Managing Director look after all the companies operational and ensuring the strategies set are being implemented. Currently the Group business clusters are Finance/Corporate Services and Property.

K Vishal Ramanah MBA FCCA - CEO
K Vishal Ramanah is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA); Holder of an MBA from the University of East London, with genuine current management experience and proven business acumen in the United Kingdom and Mauritius for over 25 years. He is the founder of VA Group Limited in Mauritius and CapitaLite Limited in UK. He currently holds the posts of CEO and Principal Partner respectively. Endowed with a strong determination to succeed and able to make a very positive contribution to the successful achievement of a company’s goals and objectives.
K Adesh Ramanah - Managing Director
Mr K Adesh Ramanah is holder of a BSc (Hons) Management with specialization in Marketing and an MBA with extensive Marketing and Strategic Planning experience. With a track record of defining and managing the implementation of corporate strategies, Mr K. Adesh Ramanah has been a key-contributor to enterprise-level planning and decision-making with consistent success in maximizing the corporate performance of VA Group.
K Dickens Govender – Senior Consultant
Mr Dickens Govender is the Business Development Officer (BDO) of the VA Group and holds an MBA in Financial Services and a professional degree in Accountancy. A champion of operation excellence with an eye for detail, he has a proven track record in business development, operational management and designing new strategies. Mr Dickens Govender is based on our UK office from most of our marketing and strategies are put in place for future growth
Vidya P Ramanah - General Manager
Mrs P. Vidya Ramanah, holder of an MBA and a BSc(Hons) Management with First Class Honours, has a rich mix of experience in business development, operations and finance with strong managerial background. Being diversely experienced, Mrs P. Vidya Ramanah has proven track record in resolving long-standing problems and creating solutions that improve operational efficiency while promoting a collaborative approach to engage, motivate and encourage others through change.
Mrs P. Being diversely experienced, Mrs P.
